Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details

We cannot accept returns or refunds on engraved items unless we made the error. Once item is personalized it becomes unique and absolute.

 

Item arrived damaged:

 

In the even your shipment arrived damaged you must notify us as soon as possible. The time to file a claim with the shipping company is only 5 business days after you receive your shipment. Once the claim is approved we will be able to replace it.
